Tilton Hill Goat Farm 5/18/2016

We have had a busy spring here at the farm. All does have had their babies. 2 girls and 2 boys. Cashmere is all combed out, goats are much cooler now. Fiber will be blended with the alpaca again this year. Last years came out beautifully soft. Check out the store to purchase some of this wonderful yarn. All Alpaca have all had their yearly shearing, the skirting is complete and ready to be delivered to Sally Fen fiber mill in Barrington, NH. We added two more girls this past fall and all seem to be adjusted. Spent a successful weekend at the the NH Sheep & Wool with the Neaoba - New England Alpaca Owners and Breeder's Assn. I enjoyed seeing all the animals and seeing what other farms do with their fiber. We will be back at the Salem, NH Farmers Market starting Sunday 5/22/16. Stop by and pick up some healthy goat meat (Chevon).
